All About Gordon Pate
  • As a fifth generation resident of Bryan-College Station, I have 30 years of real estate experience and have close ties with the community and Texas A&M University. With experience in residential, commercial, multi-family and farm and ranch sales I am confident in knowing I can provide my clients with the very best representation they deserve.
  • As a RE/MAX agent I surround myself with an accomplished group of professional real estate agents whom lead the industry in experience, sales, and advanced professional designations indicating expertise and superior qualifications. Since joining RE/MAX Bryan-College Station in November 2009, I have received the prestigious honor of being named as one of the Top Producers for the 1st Qtr. of 2010 and 2011. I was also listed as the Readers Choice for Realtor of the Year in Brazos Valley and have been ranked in the top 5% in real estate sales since 1991. In the 1st quarter of 2011 I was also named to Re/Max International top 100 agents in the United States.
  • RE/MAX goes “Above the Crowd” in providing their clients with the marketing power and reach to provide their property the maximum amount of exposure to the greatest number of potential buyers. As a devoted husband and father, I have the support of my family and friends in continuing my service to the Brazos Valley.
  • The best compliment I can receive is having a customer comment that their agent stood beside them before, during and after a real estate transaction, to insure their satisfaction in every aspect. I would love the opportunity to visit with you and determine how I can help you achieve your buying or selling needs.
